Le Petit Gourmet, 7pm. American farmers and cheesemakers have been making award winning hand crafted cheeses and making quite a name for themselves on the world wide cheese stage.  This is an opportunty to find out why. This is a sit down tasting that includes several cheeses and salad, along with a complimentary glass of wine.  $25 (plus tax and tip), BYOB is welcome.

In this class we will sample four different varietals and identify what grapes make for that rich old wine that you enjoy. We will also pair those wines with light hors d' oeuvres and talk about pairing foods that stand up to and harmonize with big wines. Class is  6 p.m. - 7.30 p.m. $35
